thank u for reply. Now problem is i was talking to manager, and now she is not picking up the phone and her voice mailbox is full. Also she has changed the address and I couldn’t get her new address from anywhere. Also when I asked the owner’s number in the starting of contract, she said that I need to do all discussion with her but not with owner. Am I alright not tp pay any rent untill she get this fixed or if I do so than can she sent the debt agencies for me? I tried to contact the maintainence person who does the worl for her and apparently she has not paid her £7000 and he is not ready to do any further work for her. Any suggestions how should find her business address?

Thanks for all the replies. I have no tax returns as I have just finished university and have only recently registered for tax. And my application was refused even with a guarantor.
