I’m 17 years old, and live in the UK. I have searched the internet and found that at 17 you CAN move out without parents consent. So, me and my fiancee have looked around for flats to rent. But for some reason, every single estate agent that we see won’t take us on! They say that they can’t help unless we’re 18. What can we do? The law is you can move out at 17, but if estate agents won’t let us rent one of their flats, then how are we supposed to move out? It’s so stupid! UK seriously needs to sort out they’re country!! Help please! x
